关于HeinOnline法学数据库的说明
HeinOnline是个不错的数据库，它是厦大图书馆里的一个法学数据库,应该只有厦大本校的网络才可以访问吧,外面网络应该进不了.网址如下: http://210.34.4.20/nv/default.asp?database=e#31
HeinOnline法学数据库 登录后点击“SUBSCRIBERS, PLEASE CLICK HERE TO ENTER”，UserName：xiamen, PASSWORD:12rqw86a,用户需自付国际流量费。
HeinOnline数据库是美国著名的法律期刊全文数据库，包括450多种美国及其它国家法律期刊全文，还包括判例及美国与世界其它国家签订的条约、协定等等。所收录的期刊多数是从创刊开始，因此是许多学术期刊回溯查询的重要资源。该数据库曾获得国际法律图书馆协会（IALL）、美国法律图书馆协会（AALL）等颁发的奖项。
其中的有legal classics一栏，在里面有很多本经典罗马法和民法方面的法学著述，比如《法国私法史》、《德国私法史》、《意大利法律史》（其中私法法史占了不小的篇幅）、《破廉耻——它在罗马公法和罗马私法中的地位》、《附英文导言、翻译及注释的优士丁尼法学阶梯》、《西赛罗和安东尼时期的罗马私法》。为抛砖引玉，蒋军洲以自己的偏好列了一个清单供大家参考，徐老师也对之进行了补充，如果大家如有兴趣可以自己在上述一栏中淘淘宝，希望大家能好好利用它：
